Cancellation Policy

At Max Bags Vision Private Limited, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and fair to our customers.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

1. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
2. To cancel, email us at support@maxbagsvision.com or call our customer care number with your Order ID.
3. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Order Already Shipped

1. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Customized / Bulk Orders

1. Orders that are customized, made-to-order, or bulk purchases are not eligible for cancellation after confirmation.

4. Refund Timeline

1. Refunds for cancelled orders (before shipment) are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
